Shanghai: Promoting Deep Integration of Autonomous Chips and Mainstream Large Models
2026-08-11 17:25:04
According to CoinMeta, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization has issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Shanghai's Software and Information Services Industry," which proposes to tackle the development of next-generation model architectures and promote exploration of multi-technological approaches based on state space models, variants of recurrent neural networks, liquid neural networks, and other non-transformer architectures. The plan also aims to accelerate the deployment of cutting-edge foundational model technologies such as physical intelligence, world models, quantum intelligence, and brain-inspired intelligence, to overcome challenges in the networking technology of ultra-large-scale intelligent computing clusters, to enhance the supply capacity of intelligent computing hardware, and to promote the deep integration of autonomous chips with mainstream large models.
