Lianxin Bank: Inflation data in July will affect the Fed's decisions

According to CoinMeta, Lianxin Bank stated that the inflation data for July will have a greater impact on the Federal Reserve's next decision-making than this month's employment report. The CPI report for July, released this Wednesday, and the PPI report on Thursday may be more influential for the Fed than the employment data. Economists expect that the year-on-year increase in CPI to fall from 3.5% in June and 4.2% in May to 3.4%. A reduction in gasoline price fluctuations is one of the reasons for this slight decline. Bill Adams, Lianxin Bank's chief economist, said that the core CPI is also expected to improve due to moderate housing inflation. If these data develop as expected, it will provide support for the Fed to postpone raising interest rates at its next meeting on September 16. In addition, the employment data for August and the CPI report will be released before the Fed's meeting, so the July report is not the final outcome.
