Strategy Sells $108.6 Million in Bitcoin to Fund the Repurchase of STRC

According to CoinMeta, MicroStrategy sold 1,690 bitcoins between August 3rd and 9th, raising approximately $108.6 million, with an average selling price of $64,262 per coin. The company used all the proceeds to repurchase 1,152,020 shares of STRC stock, with a total repurchase plan amounting to $1 billion. This sale of bitcoins provided funds for the STRC repurchase, while the $653.1 million raised from the sale of MSTR stock enhanced the company's cash reserves, which increased from $4 billion to $4.65 billion. Strategy still has $785.2 million available for the repurchase plan.
