According to CoinMeta, the infrastructure company Nscale is preparing to go public in the United States, with the initial public offering (IPO) potentially starting as early as September this year. The company has disclosed to potential investors that the cumulative contract revenue has reached approximately $51 billion. Currently, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase are serving as advisors for the potential IPO, but discussions are still ongoing, so the listing date may be postponed. Nscale is a company that was spun off from an encryption mining firm. It focuses on deploying its resources around data centers, computing power, and energy infrastructure. In July this year, the company announced the acquisition of a distributed software company, Anyscale, for about $1.65 billion; the latter's clients include Coinbase, Runway, and Bedrock Robotics, among others.
