According to CoinMeta, South Korean President Lee Jae-myung is scheduled to chair a meeting on Monday to discuss how to swiftly implement large-scale investment plans for semiconductor manufacturing facilities and artificial intelligence (AI) data centers. The meeting is set for 2 p.m. local time and is the second of its kind since Lee Jae-myung's government announced its "three key projects" in late June. The plan outlines large-scale investments in semiconductor production clusters, physical AI, and AI data centers across the country. The presidential office stated that the meeting will focus on how to support the rapid implementation of the investment plans and how to ensure that the benefits from these investments reach all regions and the entire industrial ecosystem.
