According to CoinMeta, Michael Saylor indicates that the BIP-110 fork accounts for only 0.15% of Bitcoin’s computing power, therefore it is “insignificant.” This fork has only mined two blocks and is already over 80 blocks behind Bitcoin. At this rate, it would take approximately 25 years for it to reach its first difficulty adjustment. He emphasized, “Consensus is achieved through effort, not by declaration.”
