He stated, “Bitcoin’s implied volatility has reached its lowest point of the year, while U.S. Treasury yields have reached their highest. This can only end in one way.” This compression of volatility indicates that the market may be underestimating the magnitude of the next price movement. Bitcoin has been trading within a relatively narrow range over the past few weeks, and its current price is around $64,785.
