LegalZoom ( LZ ) integrates with Microsoft Copilot, in the process of business transformation
2026-08-09 02:41:43
According to CoinMeta, LegalZoom (Nasdaq: LZ) announced on August 4 that it would integrate new agents into its Microsoft 365 Copilot service after experiencing one of the most difficult weeks in its history. This integration will allow small businesses to directly carry out business registration, compliance applications, and legal consultations while using productivity tools. Although the company's revenue in the second quarter increased by 7% year-on-year to $205.3 million, its stock price plummeted by 30% on August 6 due to a downward revision of its revenue guidance for 2026. Management stated that sudden changes in Google's search algorithm affected the company's online traffic, leading to this adjustment. LegalZoom also lowered its adjusted revenue guidance for 2026 to $195 million.
