According to CoinMeta, Wu said that Hyperliquid Policy Center ( HPC ) has submitted a statement to the CFTC Agricultural Advisory Committee, supporting the phased introduction of new types of on-chain derivatives such as perpetual contracts in the United States, and believing that the adoption of such products should be driven by the needs of end-users. In the statement, HPC put forward three points: first, regulation should not prematurely restrict the types of derivatives; more risk management tools should be provided for end-users such as those in agriculture; second, support for the phased advancement of perpetual contracts by CFTC; and third, public blockchains can be used to upgrade clearing and settlement infrastructure, improving the liquidity of collateral while maintaining the protection of market integrity stipulated by the Commodity Exchange Act.
