Analyst: Bridge Completes EU MiCA Registration, EU Authorizes EMT Publishers to Increase to 42

According to CoinMeta, as reported by Cointelegraph, the Luxembourg entity Bridge Building of Bridge under Stripe has joined the EU MiCA registry. Mai Leduc Blount, the product manager, stated that approval has been given to EU companies to develop stablecoins and payment products within a compliant framework. Data from the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) shows that the addition of Bridge has increased the total number of EU-authorized electronic money token (EMT) issuers to 42, while three German institutions have obtained CASP authorization, raising the total number of EU-authorized CASP to 324.
