According to CoinMeta, Sam Blackshear posted on the X platform that he will leave Mysten Labs and join Anthropic to engage in defensive security research work. Blackshear will continue to serve as an advisor to the Mysten and SUI ecosystems and will also participate in the Move foundation. The technical work of Mysten Labs will be taken over by his successor.
