Michael Saylor: Issuing $STRC will make us long-term Bitcoin buyers

According to CoinMeta, Michael Saylor from MicroStrategy stated that if we issue $STRC equivalent to holding 2.3% of the assets, we will always be net buyers of Bitcoin, even in cases where we sell Bitcoin to pay dividends. He added that for every Bitcoin we sell, we will buy 10 to 20 more Bitcoins.
