According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Business Insider, Google is in talks with a San Francisco-based startup Mechanize regarding a deal worth over $1.5 billion, with the aim of acquiring some of its talent and obtaining technical licenses. Mechanize focuses on enhancing the software programming capabilities of AI models and completed a financing round of $9.1 million earlier this year with a valuation of $500 million.
