According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Bloomberg, Cerberus Capital Management is seeking to raise at least $4 billion for its latest supply chain fund, which supports investments that are crucial to the U.S. economy. Cerberus was co-founded by Deputy Secretary of Defense Stephen Feinberg.
