Among these, ChatGPT received $100,600, with a total of 798 transactions, accounting for 88% of the total amount. Claude came in second, receiving only $13,200 across 37 transactions. ChatGPT has been used in at least 71 members' offices, which is about one-sixth of the total number of House offices. Staff members use it to summarize bills, write memos, prepare materials for hearings, respond to voters, and draft social media content.
