SpaceX to Release First Financial Report After Listing; Market Focuses on Business Performance and Shareholder Lock-up Exemption Pressure

According to CoinMeta, SpaceX will release its first quarterly financial report after going public on Tuesday after the U.S. stock market closes. The market will be focusing on evaluating the performance of Rocket Launch, Starlink, and AI's infrastructure business. SpaceX's stock price once reached a high of $201.80, with a market value approaching $3 trillion, but it has now dropped to around $1.4 trillion. FactSet data shows that the market expects SpaceX's revenue for the second quarter to be about $6.88 billion, with a loss of 23 cents per share, and a quarterly EBITDA of about $2.1 billion. The annual revenue forecast is around $39 billion, and EBITDA is about $17.3 billion. In the first quarter, SpaceX, AI's business revenue was about $818 million, with an operating loss of $2.5 billion and capital expenditures of $7.7 billion. Starlink had 10.3 million users in the first quarter. Approximately 20% of the locked-up shares will become eligible for sale starting August 6th. Among the 37 analysts covering SpaceX, 28 have given a buy or overweight rating, with an average target price of $236.72.
