ZeroStack Loses $82.5 Million and Issues a Going Concern Warning

According to CoinMeta, as reported by Cointelegraph, Nasdaq-listed crypto treasury company ZeroStack disclosed in its 10-Q filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that as of June 30, 2026, the fair value of 75.1 million Zero Gravity (0G) tokens held by the company was $15.2 million, representing a reduction of approximately 91% from the recorded cost of $163.3 million. The fair value of digital assets declined by $82.5 million in the first half of the year, resulting in a net loss of $61.3 million. The company had only $2.6 million in cash on hand, with negative working capital of $600,000, and accumulated losses totaling $339.1 million. In the first half of the year, ZeroStack generated $3.8 million in collateral income and sold about 4.9 million tokens for $2.4 million in cash. ZeroStack management stated that they are unable to confirm that current plans are sufficient to dispel concerns regarding the company's ability to continue operating.
