Second, simultaneously developing dual standards for compliance and technology, and advancing the compilation of the "Artificial Intelligence Metadata (token) Cross-border Flow Compliance Guidelines" and the "Artificial Intelligence Metadata (token) Cross-border Flow Technical Requirements." Third, carrying out pilot projects in emerging markets, leveraging the multilateral and bilateral mechanisms of regions such as ASEAN and BRICS. Fourth, building a platform for matching cross-border service supply and demand. Fifth, establishing a cross-border flow service system (token).
