According to CoinMeta, the Financial Services Commission of South Korea and the Financial Supervisory Service are advancing revisions to the Capital Market Act. They plan to grant regulatory authorities the emergency intervention power to take market stabilization measures during periods of severe stock market fluctuations. The focus will be on adjusting the leverage ratio and setting investment limits for leveraged ETF products for individual stocks. They are also considering unifying the personal investment limit to around 20%, and introducing a practical trading simulation system as well.
