According to CoinMeta, SBI Crypto, a mining company under the Japanese financial group SBI Holdings, ceased its pool services on July 31 and shut down the Stratum servers used to connect miners. Data shows that its average computing power dropped from 16.222 EH /s on June 30 to 5.817 EH /s on July 30, a decrease of about 64% in one month. On the same day, Foundry USA, Antpool, and F2Pool collectively accounted for approximately 60% of recent Bitcoin block productions. However, these three pools already held more than 60% of the total share before SBI Crypto was closed, and current data cannot confirm the specific whereabouts of the computing power lost by SBI.
