According to CoinMeta, Trump Media and Technology Group (Trump Media and Technology Group, referred to as DJT) launched a paid data service on August 1st, providing institutional customers with real-time authorized data streams of posts from important accounts, including that of U.S. President Donald Trump. The company claims that this product will convert posts that may impact the market into subscription revenue. Previously, U.S. senators Adam Schiff and Elizabeth Warren had requested SEC to investigate whether this service involves conflicts of interest or violates securities laws. SEC has not yet responded publicly to whether an investigation has been initiated.
