According to CoinMeta, based on early monitoring of in, the ColdCard wallet has suffered three waves of hacker attacks, resulting in a total theft of 1,367.05 BTC, which is approximately 88.6 million US dollars, involving 4,585 addresses. The latest attack resulted in an additional theft of 207.73 BTC. All three waves of attacks had the same structure for funds collection, target addresses, and derivation paths, with each attack occurring about every 27 hours. Currently, the terminal address controlled by the hackers holds 1,366.39 BTC, which remains unspent on the blockchain.
