Newsmax is a multi-platform media and entertainment company based in Florida, founded in 1998, and owns channels such as Newsmax TV, reaching over 100 million American households. The company's total revenue in the first quarter of 2026 was 51.7 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 14%, exceeding analysts' expectations. Management reiterated its annual revenue forecast for 2026 of 212 million to 216 million US dollars, with an expected year-on-year growth of about 13%. This partnership with Meta will allow Newsmax's digital news content to be used within Meta's AI driven responses, increasing high-profit licensing revenue streams and supporting its digital monetization strategy.
