According to CoinMeta, Bitquery Inc has filed a lawsuit in Manhattan's Supreme Court, accusing co-founder Dionysios Karakitsos of misappropriating $5 million from the company and deleting 194 expense records before leaving the company. Dionysios Karakitsos, who previously served as Bitquery Inc's CEO, director, and financial officer, is now accused of transferring company funds to personal accounts. Bitquery Inc is demanding that he return at least $5 million and pay legal fees.
