According to verified records, the revised plan cancels the controversial transfer of the DAO operating wallet, which included Ethereum and stablecoins. DAO retains custody of the wallet, while a donation fund of $65 million is planned to be transferred to the foundation, subject to a time lock and the cancellation right of the security committee. The 54.6 million ENS tokens of DAO still belong to the token holders, and the foundation will receive a grant of 1 million ENS tokens, to be released gradually over several years. Although this revision is not particularly groundbreaking, it is an important step as ENS strives to balance professional execution with decentralized control. Feedback from representatives indicates that the community is still willing to set boundaries regarding financial authority.
