According to CoinMeta, South Korea's export growth may slow down in July due to a reduction in working days. According to a survey by The Wall Street Journal of 11 economists, the median forecast shows that exports will increase by 59.5% year-on-year, lower than the revised 70.7% in June. The survey also indicates that imports are expected to increase by 26.3% year-on-year, resulting in a trade surplus of $29.48 billion in July. Economists suggest that despite fewer working days than in July last year, the strong export momentum is unlikely to change significantly driven by the ongoing prosperity in semiconductors. South Korea's trade data will be released on Saturday.
