According to CoinMeta, as reported by The Defiant, the crypto credit card projects of Ready and Solflare have ceased operations due to the sudden collapse of the card-issuing institution Kulipa. Itamar Lesuisse, co-founder of Ready, stated that Ready was not notified in advance, and eligible card subscriptions will be automatically refunded. Since Ready wallet uses a self-hosted model, users' assets were not affected. The collapse impacted card projects of about 20 crypto wallets and fintech companies; for Ready and Solflare, fees were deducted directly from users' wallets at the time of purchase, and Kulipa did not hold any customer balances at the time of its collapse.
