According to CoinMeta, Wu said that the cross-chain infrastructure project Wanchain reported that on July 20th, its Cardano cross-chain bridge was attacked, resulting in the theft of night tokens. The team has proposed a white-hat settlement plan to the attackers, requesting them to return 90% of the stolen tokens by 12:00 UTC on August 6th. The remaining 10% could serve as a white-hat reward; if returned on time, the team will not pursue civil litigation. Wanchain stated that they have contacted blockchain analysis companies and relevant exchanges to monitor and mark the involved addresses, and provided Cardano and Ethereum addresses for the return of funds.
