Brent crude oil price breaks through $92, WTI approaches $85

According to CoinMeta, the price of Brent crude oil today broke through $92, while the price of WTI crude oil is close to $85, supported by tensions in Iran, declining inventories, and transportation risks. On Thursday, the trading price of Brent crude oil exceeded $92 per barrel, while WTI crude oil remained around $85, supported by declining U.S. inventories. Brent futures rose by $1.48, or 1.6%, closing at $92.22 per barrel at 7:07 a.m. on July 30th, Greenwich Mean Time. U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude oil increased by 43 cents, or 0.5%, to $84.89. Oil prices rose after the United States resumed attacks on Iran, restoring some of the geopolitical risk premium.
