Overseas developers review Kimi K3: The F1 in the showcase is also a gift to the world
2026-07-30 15:12:17
According to CoinMeta, overseas developers have mixed reviews of Kimi K3, calling it a "monster" and suggesting that it has approached the level of top-tier closed-source models. Although its capabilities in interface generation, code architecture, and in-depth research have received praise, some users believe that it has not yet surpassed Fable. The complete weight of Kimi K3 has been released, and users can run it locally on Mac through Unsloth Studio or Llama.cpp, but it requires at least 610GB of memory. The community has also provided trimmed versions of 350GB and 451GB, which have 73% to 80% of the experts removed, resulting in a noticeable decrease in speed.
