According to CoinMeta, as reported by Bitpinas, Philippine telecommunications operator PLDT has restored access to the Binance Philippines website. Following the restrictions being lifted by Globe in May, the Binance website is now once again available on the two major local networks. Binance's services in the Philippines are provided by a local partner, Blockshoals Technologies, which has been approved for a regulatory sandbox by SEC. The integration process is still ongoing at this time.
