According to CoinMeta, Microsoft’s ($MBL$) stock rose by 9% after the release of its fourth-quarter financial report for 2026, despite a top-tier bank having lowered its target price to $470. Microsoft’s financial report showed revenue of $90 billion and earnings per share of $4.81, both exceeding Wall Street’s expectations of $4.24 billion and $87.62 billion respectively. Microsoft’s cloud business revenue was $59.3 billion, a year-on-year increase of 27%, and revenue from $MSFTKEEP_2$ and other cloud services grew by 43%. Microsoft Chief Financial Officer Amy Hood stated that the strong financial results laid a foundation for the company’s future growth.
