XRP is currently in a sensitive short-term range. The price is still holding above $1.08, but the resistance above has not yet been overcome. The tug-of-war between buying support and selling pressure is determining whether this pullback will continue to extend.
$1.08 becomes a short-term watershed.
According to CoinCodex data, XRP is currently trading at approximately $1.10. Market analyst Diana believes that $1.08 is the most critical support level. As long as this level holds, the price still has room to consolidate and attempt a rebound.

However, looking at the 4-hour chart, XRP remains below a key moving average group between $1.11 and $1.12, indicating that bears still hold the upper hand for the time being. The previous triangle support has also been broken, further weakening the short-term structure.
The $1.11 to $1.12 level remains a resistance level.
Momentum indicators have not yet shown a significant recovery. The report mentions that the RSI is around 39, below the signal line of approximately 45, reflecting continued weak buying pressure. The recent rebound is more of a slowdown in the decline and is insufficient to confirm a trend reversal.
If the bulls hold above $1.08 and regain the $1.11-$1.12 resistance zone, XRP may first target $1.145, then test $1.20. A further breakout above this level would shift market focus to the $1.29-$1.30 range.
If it breaks below this level, it may fall to $0.91.
If the price falls below $1.08, the pullback could widen rapidly. Diana anticipates the price may first test $0.91, with stronger support around $0.86. At current prices, this represents a potential drop of approximately 21%.
It's worth noting that XRP's short-term weakness is not consistent with improved fundamentals. The report mentions that regulatory progress, increased institutional adoption, the expansion of the Ripple ecosystem, and over $1 billion in inflows into the spot XRP ETF are all supporting medium- to long-term expectations, but these factors have not yet driven prices back to their 2025 highs.
